The wheels are coming off!
This has been very frustrating. The Jazz have picked a lousy night not to show up and play some defense. How many easy lay-ups have the Lakers had with not a single Jazz player slowing them down? I can remember a few by Kobe alone.
They are definitely playing out of sync. Nineteen points is going to be hard to come back from. They really needed to make a run before the half to realistically have a shot of getting back in this thing. I thought they were going to after Williams knocked down that three only to come back and give it up on the next possession. We'll see. Hopefully they can come back and have a great third quarter and make a game of it.
So far it has been nothing but the Lake Show. I hate that show.

Amen brotha, it is a sad state of events rights now. The Jazz are playing a terrible game from top to bottom minus Williams who has turned into a consistent star. We'll see what the second half has in store.
I can't stand to watch this if it continues on through the 2nd half. Where is our team?
End of the third.
This game is reminiscent of the last time the Lakers came to town during the regular season. They started off shooting lights out, built a big lead, and then spent the rest of the game trading baskets with the Jazz. Every time the Jazz tried to make a run the Lakers squashed it. The Jazz ended up losing big.
Trading baskets won't cut it. Twelve minutes left. Lets hope they lay it all out on the line. It's hard enough to see the season end, but to finish it like this leaves a bad taste in your mouth that lasts during the whole off-season.
Come on Jazz.
What a fourth quarter. That was the heart that we had been looking for the whole entire game. The Jazz played tough and nearly sent this thing into overtime.
It sucks to lose, but at least they made a game of it. I'm glad they didn't just roll over and die. Props to AK for stepping up and hitting some clutch threes. D-Will is a gamer. He and Memo both had good looks in the end, but it just didn't happen.
Where was our all-star? On the bench being a cheerleader. They might as well make him a Jazz dancer.
Sorry they lost. (and I'm being serious) I can score some Prozac if you need some.
Thanks.
Nobody likes to lose but I guess it comes with being a fan. For every team but one this is how the season ends.
Old Doc E. was right once again. The sun did come up this morning.
